Arsen Bayandrian – Senior Adjunct Instructor

Also known as “Artie,” Arsen Bayandrian pursued degrees from The City College of New York, New York University, New York Community College and the College of Staten Island to complement his longstanding career in adult education and risk management. Bayandrian has also over 35 years of continuing education in educational, cognitive and behavioral psychology.

Following a 12-year career with the State of New York’s Department of Motor Vehicles as a Driver Improvement Analyst and Enforcement and Investigations Analyst, Bayandrian moved to Florida where he spent 19 years with the Suncoast Safety Council in Clearwater, Fla. as a manager and instructor for various safety and health programs.  Bayandrian has been an OSHA Authorized General Industry and Construction Outreach Trainer since 1993, and he has been an OSHA Authorized Maritime Outreach Trainer since 2011. Today, in addition to teaching train-the-trainer and trainer update courses as an instructor for the USF OSHA Training Institute (OTI) Education Center, he is the Director of Strategic Operations for the National Safety Compliance Service in Clearwater.

Bayandrian volunteered his service as Chairman of the Pinellas County Metropolitan Organization’s Pedestrian Transportation Advisory Committee for an entire decade, and today he is a member of the National Fire Protection Association and the World Safety Organization.
